Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2025
At Khusm, we care about your experience and are committed to making things right if something doesn't go as expected. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Medication Refunds (In-App Payments Only)
If you purchased medication through Khusm app and have already received or dispensed the item: (this is not applied for the current version)
Refund Requested Within 48 Hours:
The request must be requested directly from Khusm. You are eligible for a full refund with no transaction fees.
Refund Requested After 48 Hours:
The refund must be requested directly from the pharmacy. In this case, the refunded amount will exclude Khusm's cashback portion.
Khusm accepts refund requests within 15 days of the original payment date. However, please note that the final decision depends on the pharmacy's individual refund policy, which may vary. Khusm cannot guarantee refunds if the pharmacy does not support them.
2. Service Refunds (Approved but Not Used)
If you paid through Khusm app, received approval, but did not use the service:
Full refunds are available if requested within 48 hours of payment.
After 48 hours, a small processing fee may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are only available for in-app payments.
Khusm accepts refund requests within 15 days of the original payment date
3. Direct Provider Payments
If you paid directly at the provider's location (not through the Khusm app), refund requests must be handled with the provider directly and are subject to their individual policy.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 21, 2025
At Khusm, we understand that your plans may change. We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and fair as possible. You can cancel a service request under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation Before Service Use
If you have not used the service yet, you may cancel your request through the Khusm app at any time before your visit.
This applies whether you paid online through the app or selected the cash payment option.
If you've paid online, please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how your refund will be processed.
2. Cancellation After Service Use or Medication Dispense
Once a service has been provided or medication has been dispensed, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, any refund request will follow the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Payments Made Directly at the Provider's Location
If you paid directly at the provider's site (outside the app), any cancellation or refund request must be made directly with the provider.
Khusm has no control over the provider's cancellation terms.
